And it will change how we think about construction here on Earth.

Not 100% sure what to think of this story but it certainly is interesting. The basic summary: Jacqueline Ronson has written an article for Inverse about work by a group from Newcastle on using bacteria to do “in situ” construction of sorts in soil. She then extends the idea to the possibility of doing this not just on Earth but on Mars. Certainly very interesting. Not sure if it is feasible. Or ethical (she discusses the issue of contaminating Mars with life forms from Earth). But again, it is an interesting concept.
