Indoor Air 2016 early bird registration extended

Just got this e-mail from Indoor Air 2016… they’ve extended their early bird registration to April 10th for the meeting this year in Ghent Belgium.    Details below:

Dear Indoor Air 2016 enthusiasts,

In this April edition of the newsletter we would like to remind you about some practical issues related to the conference:

  • Early bird registration extended until April 10th
  • Visa invitation letters
  • Student dorm accommodation
  • Reduced air fares
  • ISIAQ Summer School

We hope you’ll enjoy reading all about it!

Early bird registration extended until April 10th, authors: make sure you register!
Due to the large number of requests, we have decided to extend the early bird rates until April 10th. There will be no further extension. We would like all authors to make sure that at least one co-author is registered for the conference, so we can include them in the draft program that we are compiling at the moment. We would also like to remind you that each registered participant can present no more than 2 papers at the conference. ISIAQ members receive a discount, for which they need to log in to the member area on the ISIAQ home page. All rates are available at www.indoorair2016.org/registration/. We recommend you finalise your travel plans as soon as possible. Ghent is a very popular destination in summer and the hotels that are holding rooms for the conference will now start to release these holds.
